His expertise is rooted in the expectations of CCMS and EA, ensuring every client has the competitive edge to move from applicant to appointee.

Shauna is Co-Director of Orchard Educational Consultancy and a serving Principal with over 25 years of leadership in secondary education. She currently leads a team of nearly 100 teaching staff across all levels, giving her a deep understanding of school operations and talent development.

Her expertise spans recruitment, curriculum strategy, and professional coaching. Shauna has chaired interview panels and overseen large-scale staffing aligned with Northern Ireland’s educational standards. She specialises in coaching for senior post-primary roles and supports Newly Qualified Teachers in securing permanent positions.
